There is not a sweet treat that I don’t enjoy. Even though I've always worked in the kitchen, I would often find myself drifting back to the pastry departments. I would sneak little bites of sweet delights and fill my inquisitive mind with recipes and techniques from some of the most incredibly gifted pastry chefs. I finally began baking on a more consistent basis a few years ago
and it has been an absolute joy to put my passion for pastries into motion.
