How it began..
Breadcrumb started with my desire to share what I’ve learned over the years working as a chef around the world. I wanted to inspire others to be creative, explore possibilities and get curious about the ingredients around them. Growing up in Rome you learn that food is meant to be shared, to me that is the highest form of showing love to someone and so breadcrumb has blossomed from that desire.
