About the Author

Chef Daniele Brenci quickly fell in love with the artistry of cooking and baking at a young age. He grew up in Rome, a culinary Mecca that shaped the way he perceives food. He was also influenced by the quality time he got to spend with his grandmother in her kitchen and garden. Daniele takes immense pride in his Italian heritage, which built the foundation for his profound passion for food.
